I agree wholeheartedly that you need t...*Applause*<br /><br />I agree wholeheartedly that you need to know when to stop. I almost injured my elbows trying to pole hold over and over when I clearly have no upper body strength.... yet. This is why I just stretch for now lol.<br /><br />I *dream* of being able to do an extended ballerina, now I am even more envious of you! Also, congrats on 21 years!, one day I expect my hubby and I will also be celebrating such a strong bond. If he doesn't get tired of doing all the cooking, lol. <br /><br />Props for being brave enough to try heels and survive the creepy women. (I think women can be creepier than men, for sure.) I befriended a few men who don't just wear heels on a dare but just about live for them--and not one of them is gay. One day people will get over preconceptions... or at least some of them will quit acting like herd animals lol.<br /><br />You've been poling for 5 years?
